Thanks for visiting the GZI MP3-Audio Store! Most of our MP3-files can be downloaded in less than two minutes from a broadband DSL or Cable connection. However, if you're using a 56k-dial-up connection, it can take much longer (approx. 40 minutes per song, one hour per sermon), so we strongly advise downloading your files thru a high-speed connection. You can download your files for up to 30 days after purchase and as many as 20 times per file (in case of technical difficulty), but please don't re-distribute copies of our MP3s.
After purchasing your MP3s, you can download them immediately by logging into your account. Just click on the YOUR ACCOUNT link on the menu-bar and enter your email address and password. You will see all of your purchases and their Order-Numbers. Click on any Order-Number and the files you purchased will be displayed with a DOWNLOAD-link (you may have to scroll down to see all of the links).
Now, just right-click on the link and choose "SAVE TARGET AS" for Windows, or "DOWNLOAD LINKED FILE" for Macintosh, and your MP3 will be downloaded to your computer. The name of the file may not match your purchase at first (due to technical reasons), but as the file begins transferring, it will switch to the proper title for that MP3. After the download is complete, you will be able to listen to the file, transfer it to your iPod or MP3-player, and even archive it to CD for safe-keeping.
Be sure and remember in which folder you saved your files! We recommend saving all of your MP3s to the same folder to prevent confusion.
You can download your E-Tickets in the same way that you do your MP3-files. You can also view them directly from your account-screen by simply clicking on the DOWNLOAD link.
Simply follow the instructions contained in the E-Ticket to view your Webcast at the appointed broadcast date/time.
