Dear Saints:
We have just arrived in Ecuador. Thanks for praying for us. The whole team met in Miami before flying on to Quito. Joining me are Anne Tate, Brian Kooiman, Diane Buker, John & Sheryl Price, and Raymond Banks. Johnny Enlow and Pastor Kevin from Atlanta are now with us. Tomorrow (Thursday) we will have two meetings in Quito, the governmental center for Ecuador. Friday morning we fly on to Guayaquil for another day of meetings there. Apostle Hugo Oberti will be our host for these “Restoration Times” gatherings. Pray for Lori Shelbourn and Barbara McLaughlin as they minister and serve in that nation.
I believe the Body of Christ must worship, declare, decree and breakthrough in new ways. I will be back on Sunday. We must “Know and Catch the Winds!” Keith Pierce and I will be ministering on Sunday. We will start our shift toward the new realm of revelation.
SPECIAL GUEST MINISTER: As a special guest minister, JoAnn McFatter will be joining us! She is so anointed to loose the sound of Heaven and lead us into the glory realm. The Spirit of God is brooding and ready to clean us up and catch us up. We will begin by worshipping and praying in the Spirit, and inviting the Glory to invade our sphere. Then we will watch to see what He will speak to us. Join us at 8:00AM with the Power of Lift Service and then move into embracing the Word, experiencing His power, and seeing His demonstration.
I hear the Lord saying:
I AM blowing from the four quarters of heaven (Ezek 37:9; Dan 8:8; Zech
2:6). Whirlwinds will twirl and uproot, and unrest will be created through
October. There are commotions in the nations and striving for the ‘currents’
of change that are occurring. Remember, the winds must be discerned. Some
are created from adverse powers in the earth’s atmosphere. However, all winds
are subject to My power. Learn the winds so I might use you to speak a decree
into the confusion that will whirl in your life and the cultures around you.
The west wind (Luke 12:54) of heaven will blow from November to February.
(Ps 18:10; 135:7). Open the gate to the west and say ‘Blow o’ west wind of
the Spirit!’”

I loved Monday night’s Zebulun School class, “Positioned for Growth!”
Each month the Lord is releasing such incredible new revelation as we
press in to understanding Zebulun, the wealth tribe. I began by sharing several
financial trends. Here are some of the trends to watch this month:
In the United States, there is a decline in revenues for the Federal government and
yet spending is going up. States are losing revenue and beginning to
cut services. The effects of this will be: the poor will get poorer;
there will be a decline in state workers; medical services will be cut; the
elderly will be adversely affected through lack of Medicaid funding (largest
decline in 46 years). There will also be an Education decline causing us as
a nation in the next two generations to eventually become subservient. This
creates a potential for violence, especially as unemployment benefits are
exhausted. The IRS collected 22% less than this time last year for
individual taxes. IRS corporate taxes are down 57%. We last saw this kind
of year-on-year decline in 1932.
Watch the nation of China! In their growing dissent over the dollar, they are attempting to create a new reserve currency. They are gathering and securing gold resource throughout the world. Be sure to see the effect: a new world currency base is developing!
There are some industries to review for Increase Analysis: Poultry, Women’s Clothing, Automobile Industry is shifting, Confectionary Products (sweet industry, including soft drinks).
Patti Waterbury shared on “How to Develop a Mindset for Future Growth” in your sphere of influence and business. There is Survey for Growth that goes with this class. I followed by sharing on the “Law of the Seed”, and how the Lord has created a “seed” potential in each of us for creative multiplication and increase. Then I invited Linus Vaughn to share on “Breaking Through the Hardpan.” All too often a resistance develops that blocks us from breaking past resistant forces – in our business as well as our personal lives. We concluded by activating each student with “seeing” what was blocking their vision and business goals.

Making a Shift in Corporate Intercession!
This is a time for us to end strong and retool, refuel, and refill
so that we can begin strong again. The month of August is a great time to
reflect, and then make it through the narrow place by letting go of things
that will not be useful in days ahead. Those are the things that rob you of
joy and victory. This year we end a 10 year season, so this is especially
important.
Please remember that through the end of August we will be selecting key prophetic prayer gatherings to re-webcast that will help us finish strong. These webcasts will help you “hear again” and position you to move forward into the new. Our webcast-only Tuesday Corporate Prophetic Intercession (available “on demand”) is “A New Current is Shifting!” Then today’s webcast-only Wednesday Corporate Prophetic Intercession (now available “on demand”) is “My Wind Will Contend!” This will pave the way for our new series on Sunday, “Know the Winds!” Then next week we will have two new corporate prayer gatherings to re-webcast.
Mark Your Calendars – August Firstfruits Weekend with Robert Stearns and Eitan Shishkoff (Aug 21-23) I am looking forward to our next Firstfruits Weekend to get Positioned for Victory! Our special guests will be Robert Stearns and Eitan Shishkoff. I was just with Robert Stearns for the Eagles’ Wings East Coast Conference. He has such an incredible gift to help the Body of Christ ascend in worship and receive heavenly revelation for the course ahead. He also carries a deep love for God’s covenant plan and people. Eitan Shishkoff is a respected apostolic leader in Israel. The anointing and authority he carries will help us move to a new level of understanding the power of “one new man”.
As we enter the final month of this Samekh Season, we must be certain that our “closings” are secure and that we are positioned to enter the Head of the Year with an anointing to break into the new.
