Linda Heilder- What I was seeing and what I was hearing is the Lord said, “Nothing stirs my passion more than to see my bride as an army with their banners unfurled.” The most passionate language you’ll find is when he says, “You’re as awesome as an army with banners, and I cannot even keep looking at you because I’m so overwhelmed and so overcome with that.” And then the Lord added to it and he said, “This is what drew me to the cross. This is the joy that was set before me that caused me to endure the cross, to see my bride as an army with her banners unfurled, to see my bride coming forth in glory, to see my bride coming forth in faith and in victory, and in triumph and in authority.” He said, “That is what stirred me,” so that I said, “I will go to the cross for that on the other side of it.” This is the joy that was set before him to see us, his glorious bride, coming forth as an army with our banners and as you just sang, we’ll be just like him. When he came. When he comes in the book of Revelation and he has that sword coming out of his mouth and he is fearless before all the foes that are against him. He says that is who you will be also. You will be that glorious bride with her banners unfurled.
