Lisa Lyons – Genesis 1 says, “Holy Spirit hovered over the water then God spoke.” The hovering precedes the voice. Father, I thank you, there is a hovering in this nation, and from that hovering where there is chaos and confusion, we have expectation of the voice of God. We have expectation for the, “Then God said, light be.” Father, thank you for speaking, “Light be” into the United States.
