He went to Houston, and Houston ran him off. They ran off the God of Passover. You can say what you want about California. California received it. Now, California’s in a big mess. Houston’s the best big city we have. They’ve got lots going for ’em, but they’re on the verge of saying, “There will come a day. We need the spirit of God to sweep back across this city and everything we have quenched in this city, we decree, Holy Spirit, you going to have access to the whole city. All the way from Lake Charles to Waco, all the way to everywhere, all the way, down almost to Austin.” The Lord said, “I’m to take over that area. I’m going to give you one more shot at it,” but the Lord said, “I sent you here to go back and cry out, ‘Holy Spirit, come. Holy Spirit, come. Holy Spirit, come.” And the Lord said to California, “I sent you here to cry out, ‘Holy Spirit, come again! Holy Spirit, come again. We’ve been through the fire. We’ve been through the flood. Holy Spirit, come again across California.” Now the Lord says, “You go back to that state and you scream it to the top of your lungs and say, ‘Holy Spirit, take this state over.” And Houston, you go back and say, “We want Holy Spirit more than we want Mammon to rule this city. Holy Spirit come.” And then all of us to this nation and the nations that are listening say, “On this Passover, Holy Spirit, come again!”
