Chuck Pierce – Yesterday, we prayed for Rochester. The Lord said, the enemy’s trying to strike it, but and stop the movement that I have planned for Rochester. It was clear yesterday, but the Lord says, “I’m sending a lightning storm around it.” Now, I’m telling you specifically what the Lord said yesterday, and I will awaken that which is trying to paralyze the next move of God. And when I awaken it, a new generation will arise to enter into that which I am longing to do and have longed to do.

Keith Pierce – The Lord spoke to me and said, “I brought him here to baptize him. And in the baptism, I am anointing him with a restoration and a refurbishing for the souls of Rochester. He said, There is a darkness that is circling and it is circled three times. But He said, I am sending an angel of restoration to break the circling of the evil one, that my light will come through and many will be saved. He said, I will refurbish the souls, the spirit, and the flesh of all those who are reaching out to me in Rochester.”

Chuck Pierce – Now Keith, before you let him go under and out of the waters, extend your hands to the web. I know Becca Greenwood is in Rochester right now, ministry. Father, we say, “Let her recognize the voice of this angel. Let her hear the angelic sound that you’re bringing. And then I also know that Al Hauck yesterday was hospitalized and Alan Casey come here and are a part of this ministry. And Father, we say that paralyzing spirit that has tried to paralyze the move of the spirit in Rochester, I curse you in the name of Jesus and break your power and loose a new move of God in Jesus’ name.”

Keith Pierce – Because I am, I am who has heard the afflictions of my people and I’ve come down to deliver them in their times of trouble. You will look and see the darkness and when you see it, do not be much afraid because I am ascending to break the afflicted ones out of their dilemma, to bring them into the promise. I baptize you.
