Stir Up The Spirit of Giving

Janice Swinney – When we were located at Woodhill Square, that is where the body was located when I first started coming back in 2000. And I remember the first time I walked into that building, literally the atmosphere was pregnant with a spirit of giving. I mean, literally, I could not write checks fast enough. Now, what the Lord is asking us and telling us this morning, I believe the first thing we need to do is invite back to us, each one of us individually, and to our corporate gatherings, a spirit of giving. Lord, you so loved, you gave. Lord, let our love propel us forward in giving, not just finances, our time, our prayer, all of our resources. This is a time where we’re asking the Lord, stir in us, Lord, that spirit of giving that sent Jesus into this world for us. We thank you for it, Father, in Jesus’ name.
